RAWR Returns Policy

001. TERMS AND LAW

 

The RAWRStore is owned and operated as part of the RAWR4KIDS company. This returns policy is in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, RAWR4KIDS reserves the right to change this policy at any time, without notice.

 

002. CHANGE OF MIND

We do not offer returns for change of mind after the products have been shipped; please ensure you’re purchasing the product you want and if you do change your mind prior to us shipping the product we will provide a RAWR4KIDS credit to be used on any of our services.

 

003. MINOR FAULTS

Minor faults are any issue with the product that is easily repairable by our Ride on Car Repair Team.

  • We will repair the item within a reasonable time. Generally, within 14 days of us receiving it.

  • If it is not repaired in a reasonable time, you can choose a refund, credit or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase.

 

We provide full refunds or exchanges on any product that has a major or unrepairable fault.

 

004. MAJOR FAULTS

Major faults are any issue with the product that is NOT easily repairable by our Ride on Car Repair Team. Examples include:

  • A problem that would have stopped you from buying the product

  • Is unsafe

  • Is significantly different from the sample or description

  • Doesn’t do what we said it would,

  • What you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

 

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item ‘as is’ and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

 

005. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

 

RAWR4KIDS reserves the right to modify, change, update and adjust this policy without notice and as so required to uphold the company values, insurances, licencing, permits and legal obligations as set out under commonwealth law and local government laws.
