001. DEFINITIONS

The RAWRStore is owned and operated as part of the RAWR4KIDS company ABN: 60284556572. "RAWRStore" and “RAWR4KIDS” thereafter refers to RAWR4KIDS and its staff. “you”, “your” and “buyer” refers to you, the buyer. “contract” means the contract to buy goods or services from RAWR4KIDS, constituted by the invoice or quotation, these terms, any special terms and such other documents or written communications which evidence the agreement between you and RAWR4KIDS and “terms” means these terms.

002. PAYMENT

RAWR4KIDS. Is not obliged to ship or deliver possession of any products to the Buyer until funds given in payment of the cost are cleared in full. Quoted and invoiced figures do not include any third party associated costs (unless stated otherwise). Cost’s will be paid as follows:

 

Online Sales:

A) Direct Debit - 100% (full) payment

B) PayPal - 100% (full) payment

C) PayPal pay in 4 - 100% (full)

D) Credit Card - 100% (full) payment​

003. RETURNS

​

Change of mind:

The Buyer is not entitled to any refund or credit of the cost for change of mind.​​

​

Faults:

The Buyer is entitled to a repair for any goods that arrive damaged or faulty.

 

If repairs can not be made:

The Buyer is entitled to a full refund, credit or exchange.​

004. MODIFICATIONS

 

RAWR4KIDS reserves the right to modify, change, update and adjust these terms and conditions without notice and as so required to uphold the company values, insurances, licencing, permits and legal obligations as set out under commonwealth law and local government laws.
